Direct High-Speed Warping Machines

topic
Direct warping machines withdraw yarn simultaneously from 200 to 800 packages in a creel at speeds of 400 to 1200 metres per minute, winding all ends in parallel directly onto a weaver beam or sectional beam with electronic tension control on each yarn end and automatic stop-motion for yarn break detection, producing warps of 2000 to 20000 metres in length for high-volume uniform-colour fabric production.

Role

Provides the highest productivity warping method for large-volume single-colour warp production in fabric types including sheeting, denim, and plain technical fabrics where the same colour and yarn type fills the entire warp, with direct warping productivity advantage over sectional warping being greatest for long repeat lengths requiring minimum creel changes.
