Drawing-In and Tying Machinery

category
Drawing-in and tying machinery threads individual warp ends through weaving machine heddle eyes and reed dents in the correct sequence for the planned fabric weave structure, either by manually assisted or fully automatic drawing-in of new warps or by automatic warp tying that joins new warp ends to the remnant of the previous warp already threaded through the weaving machine.

Role

Provides the essential warp preparation stage that determines the weave structure capability of the weaving machine by controlling which warp ends are controlled by which shaft and the reed spacing that sets the fabric width and end density, with threading sequence accuracy being prerequisite for correct weave pattern formation and effective shed geometry.
