Waste Baling and Final Disposal

topic
Waste disposal options range from condenser ejection into containers (100 kg/m³ density), filling sacks via fibre separators (60–80 kg/m³), light bale presses (80–120 kg/m³), heavy-duty presses (200–250 kg/m³), to briquetting presses (600–1,200 kg/m³). Briquettes can be composted or burned with a heating value of approximately 4 kWh/kg (vs. 12 kWh/kg for heating oil). Pneumatic bale press systems use fibre separators, material silos, discharge units, and conveying lines.

Role

Proper waste disposal eliminates manual handling of dirty material. The choice of disposal method depends on the waste type, available space, and whether the waste has further commercial value. Pressing into bales or briquettes simplifies handling and transport.
