On-Line Recycling for Entire Spinning Mill

topic
All waste chambers of blowroom machines, cards, and combing machines are connected by suction ducts to central equipment leading to pneumatic bale presses or silos. Different waste types (comber waste, licker-in droppings, etc.) are kept separate with a bale press for each type. Chambers are selected intermittently and cyclically for suction. About 3 bale presses suffice for a normal cotton spinning mill.

Role

On-line recycling represents the most integrated approach to waste management, treating it as an inherent part of the spinning process rather than a separate operation. It maximises raw material utilisation and minimises manual handling throughout the mill.
