Complete Recycling Plant Design

topic
The Rieter/LUWA recycling system feeds primary waste pneumatically via condensers into a B 34 mixing opener, pre-cleans in B 12 UNIclean, dedusts in A 21 condenser, and fine-cleans in B 51R. Good fibres go to a bale press; secondary waste from recycling machines and pre-filter goes to a black waste press. On-line operation re-blends immediately; off-line operation presses into bales for later use.

Role

A complete recycling plant enables a somewhat higher degree of cleaning in blowroom machines, since recovery of waste fibres makes the level of fibre elimination relatively insignificant. The use of standard blowroom machines in the recycling installation simplifies operator training.
