Role
Provides the essential quality upgrading and package format conversion stage between ring spinning cops and downstream manufacturing processes, removing yarn faults missed in spinning, producing package geometries optimised for high-speed unwinding in weaving and knitting, and enabling yarn lot blending through automated package sequencing that eliminates between-bobbin yarn variation in downstream fabric production.
