Continuous Dyeing Machinery

category
Continuous dyeing machinery passes fabric through dye application, fixation, and washing stages in a single continuous processing sequence at speeds of 30 to 120 metres per minute, applying dye by padding, coating, or foam application followed by chemical or thermal fixation and counter-current washing, producing high-volume dyeing at minimum water, energy, and chemical consumption per unit of fabric processed.

Role

Provides the most productive and resource-efficient dyeing method for high-volume commodity fabric production in solid shades, with continuous dyeing achieving 100 to 200 times the production rate of exhaust dyeing at one-third the water consumption per kilogram and being essential for the economic production of denim, sheeting, and mass-market apparel fabrics where consistent shade at high volume and low cost are the primary commercial requirements.
