Nonwoven Production Machinery

category
Nonwoven production machinery encompasses all mechanical, thermal, chemical, and pneumatic systems used to convert fibres, filaments, or films directly into fabric structures without yarn spinning or weaving, through web formation technologies including drylaid, wetlaid, spunmelt, and airlaid processes followed by bonding operations including thermal, chemical, mechanical, and hydroentanglement that consolidate the web into a cohesive nonwoven fabric.

Role

Provides the technological foundation for producing nonwoven fabrics at the lowest cost per unit area of any textile manufacturing process by eliminating yarn spinning and fabric formation intermediates, enabling high-volume production of disposable hygiene products, filtration media, geotextiles, medical fabrics, and technical textiles whose performance requirements can be met by engineered fibre web structures bonded by the most appropriate consolidation method.
